This webpage has been written to display some of my pictures taken around the world. It attempts to convey my appreciation of the world we live in and the nature that most of us seem to avoid or not see. I particularly like photographs showing wildlife in its environment, rather than close-ups, and include many shots depicting this. I hope this site inspires and encourages us to observe rather than just look and then actively participate in its conservation. After all: "we don't inherit the earth from our parents, but borrow it from our children" (a Sioux indian saying)
